Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive role will be key in the implementation of Yordas Group’s global training strategy. The successful candidate will be working as part of the Sustainability and Knowledge Transfer Business Unit to deliver the marketing and communication activities associated with training activities delivered through the Yordas Insight platform. 

The Executive will be required to demonstrate creativity and efficiency in the work that they accomplish. Significant liaison with colleagues and partners will be required to deliver the work. This role will also work closely with the corporate marketing team to align outbound communication and ensure we reach a wide audience.

Role and Responsibilities

The key role of the Digital Marketing Executive is to support the implementation of the global training strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the Yordas Insight website, including website updates, e-learning course development, SEO and analytics

  • Manage and improve training materials templates, including Google Slides presentations, course manuals, fact sheets, handouts and activities to align the quality of materials provided during the training courses

  • Support the training team with the preparation of training materials, including course manuals, handouts, quizzes, activities and presentations.

  • Support course recording and video editing

  • Support delivery of virtual classroom and e-learning courses

  • Lead the marketing activities for training, including social media campaigns, regular newsletters, etc

  • Support the business development activities for training, including outreach and partnerships

  • Create awareness of and develop the Yordas Insight brand

  • Source advertising opportunities

  • Conduct market research

  • Use various tools to evaluate success of training and webinar marketing campaigns

  • Any additional work as required by the business from time to time

Profile and Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, or equivalent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong creative outlook and design skills to bring new ideas in how to present training information

  • Good organization and planning skills

  • Good attention to detail to ensure consistent delivery of high quality design and products

  • Ability to work independently and develop your own workflow to deliver work

  • Experience with digital media techniques

Desirable

  • Video editing skills

  • Website management experience
