Summary
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, the Yordas Inside Sales Executive will be tasked to identify and prospect new Yordas Group clients. As an inside sales representative, you will play a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing Yordas Group’s brand in a way that is positive, honest, and professional.
Role and Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Demonstrable Experience
Experience in managing customer experience
Strong phone presence and experience of high volume call management
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Profile and Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a driven, motivated team player with a willingness to learn. It is essential for them to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess an aptitude for high levels of customer satisfaction. It is not expected that the successful candidate will have existing knowledge in chemicals or chemicals regulations as full training will be provided on this topic.
