Summary
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, the Yordas Hive Account Manager will be tasked to grow and develop the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe Yordas Hive sales and client base. The Account Manager is expected to build solid relationships with existing and new clients in order to grow sales revenues not only in Yordas Hive, but also upselling Yordas Hive data applications and other Yordas service solutions. The position requires direct communication with qualified leads and existing customers.
Role and Responsibilities
New business growth, primarily for Yordas Hive and associated services working to agreed sales performance expectations
Manage, maintain and grow the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe customer base and develop an up-sale path for existing customers.
Manage customer relationships, liaising with scientific teams, as well as with relevant teams in other Yordas Group offices
Strong communication, both written and oral; willingness to present to individuals and groups to a senior management level and to travel to events to develop business and perform Yordas Hive demos
Support the regional manager in executing the regional sales strategy and support the marketing team with market/customer research
Demonstrable Experience
Proven Sales and/or Account Management experience
Experience of working with a CRM platform (Salesforce)
Understand and present complex technical information
Demonstrate an understanding of sales within a SaaS would be desirable
An ability to work to organisational deadlines and KPI’s
Profile and Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a driven and motivated team player. It is essential for them to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess a strong and demonstrable aptitude for all aspects of the sales process. It is not expected that the successful candidate will have existing knowledge in chemicals or chemicals regulations and full training will be provided on this topic.
